Carla Peralta, Deputy Director of Administration
Carla has over 20 years of experience in management roles, focusing primarily in operations and IT. Her skills include initial discovery, documentation, systems improvement and ongoing management of i
ntegrating business management systems.
Laura Velazquez, Director of Budget and Planning
Laura has worked in the non-profit world for the past 15 years. Her passion has always been to serve others, utilizing her skills in financ
e and contracts. Before coming to Enlace, she was the Senior Contracts Manager at New Moms. Laura has vast experience in budget and contract management.
Lissette Moreno-Kuri, Deputy Director of Programs
Lissette was hired as the Community Schools Director at Enlace in 2021. She came to Enlace with over 25 years of experience in the education field. She spent 20 years at Logan Square Neighborhood Association, first as a Community Schools Resource Coordinator and later as the Program Director of their community schools initiative.
Valerie Coffman, Associate Director of Education
Valerie ca
me to Enlace in 2019 as the Adult and Early Childhood Pipeline specialist. She convened partners and stakeholders to implement the Quality-of-Life Plan strategies. During the start of the pandemic, her role shifted to work on policy and advocacy efforts where she supported the distribution of Enlace emergency funds.
Since 2021, Valerie has supervised the Enlace Parent Mentor and also led the team as the Early Childhood Specialist.
